You've worked hard this year.

You've led projects. Set goals for yourself professionally and personally.
Solved problems. Achieved a lot.
Created results. Made an impact.

But can you communicate your impact clearly and confidently?

Most leaders can't. They haven't learned the framework.

As a result, they:

  • Are not valued
  • Are not appreciated/recognized
  • Not promoted or considered for growth opportunities
  • Other people get credit for their efforts
  • They feel invisible
  • They have imposter syndrome

Don't let that happen to you. You can learn to claim your results in a way that gets you:

  • You are valued
  • You are appreciated/recognized for your work
  • You are promoted and offered growth opportunities
  • You are visible and seen for your impact
  • You feel empowered and confident with your efforts, result and impact

That way, you won't just be impactful. You'll be noticed.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of this program you'll have:

✓ A concise way to communicate your value

✓ A Concrete Measurable Result (CMR) framework

✓ The opportunity to craft and refine your own personal CMR to powerfully claim your 2026 results

✓ Confidence in performance reviews, networking, and interviews

What You'll Experience

Week 1 - Session 1: Defining and Refining Your Concrete Measurable Result (CMR) (90 min, Virtual)

You will get laser-focused on what you actually want to achieve and the results that you will claim, in your own life. You will gain clarity on your unique contribution to creating impact. You will develop and refine a powerful CMR utilizing a framework. Together, in this session, you will put into practice the process to clearly define your impact, concisely and compellingly. You will understand how a well-defined CMR will be a powerful and repeatable tool in your leadership toolkit.

Week 2 - Session 2: The Coaching Circle (90 min, Virtual)

Bring your goal and results and receive live coaching in an intimate small-group setting. This is where your thinking gets sharpened, your CMR is improved, and you get even more succinct in communicating its power for your different key stakeholders.

Week 3 - Session 3: Communicating Your Impact (90 min, Virtual)

This is the capstone of the series, a space to continue to refine your CMR ever further to get to a “WOW” factor.
